Verdugo Community Church Worship Service for August 15, 2021

Lead Pastor Gail Whitcome Linstrom welcomes all to worship and to participate in the life of our church family. Dale Reynolds calls us to worship with an opening prayer and Psalm 111. Music Director Heidi Sandoval leads us in praise and worship music. Albert Ramseyer focuses on the concerns and praises of the congregation in the Prayers of the People. Chaplain Dave Saltzman looks at the experiences of Solomon asking for wisdom and the woman from Tyre interacting with Jesus to heal her daughter in his sermon “Spiritual Justice – Mercy and Compassion.” Pastor Gail leads us in Communion, so you are invited to have bread or crackers and a beverage ready to participate in this sacrament.

Verdugo Community Church is again having in-person Sunday services at 10:00 a.m., but continues to make its Sunday service available to you online at this site.
