VERDUGO COMMUNITY CHURCH WORSHIP SERVICE FOR FEBRUARY 21, 2021

Lead Pastor Gail Whitcome Linstrom welcomes all to worship and to participate in the life of our church family. Be sure to listen for the new announcements. Dale Reynolds calls us to worship with a reading from Psalm 25, and Pastor David Saltzman opens us with prayer. Music Director Heidi Sandoval leads us in praise and worship music. Albert Ramseyer focuses us on the concerns of the congregation and the world with the Pastoral Prayer. Daniel Whipple starts our Lenten season by reminding us that “Being God’s Beloved” is something God has already declared, looking at how in Mark 1 God affirmed Jesus as his Beloved Son even before his Ministry was begun. Pastor David guides us through Communion, so you are invited to have bread or crackers and a beverage ready to participate.
