Verdugo Community Church Worship Service for October 17, 2021

We begin our service singing “Guide My Feet, Lord.” Pastor Gail Whitcome Linstrom welcomes all to worship and to participate in the life of our church family. Dale Reynolds calls us to worship with a reading of Psalm 24 and the opening prayer. Music Director Heidi Sandoval then leads us in praise and worship music. Hugh Linstrom focuses us on the concerns and praises of the congregation in the Prayers of the People. Pastor Gail looks at the instruction by Jesus of what it means to serve others in Mark 10:32 – 45 to remind us that “Serving Is What We Do ... in Love.” Pastor Gail leads us in Communion, so you are invited to have bread or crackers and a beverage ready to participate in this sacrament.

Verdugo Community Church is again having in-person Sunday services at 10:00 a.m., but continues to make its Sunday service available to you online at this site.
