VERDUGO COMMUNITY CHURCH WORSHIP SERVICE JULY 3, 2022

We begin our service in song. Pastor Gail Whitcome Linstrom welcomes all to worship and to participate in the life of our church family. We are called to worship with a responsive reading of Psalm 146, and Ben Jimenez opens us in prayer. Music Leader Heidi Sandoval accompanied by Mike Minasyan lead us in praise and worship music. Albert Ramseyer takes up the concerns of the church and our world in the Prayers of the People. Former President Thomas Jefferson, as interpreted by Dale Reynolds, explains his views on religion and our country’s history and current state in his presentation, “My Religion.”

 

Pastor Gail then leads us in Communion, so you are invited to have bread or crackers and a beverage ready to participate in this sacrament.
