VERDUGO COMMUNITY CHURCH WORSHIP SERVICE SEPTEMBER 6, 2020

During these times when we cannot meet in person, Verdugo Community Church is recording its Sunday service and sharing it with you here and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/verdugochurch.  

Lead Pastor Gail Whitcome Linstrom welcomes all to worship and to participate in the life of our church family. Dale Reynolds Calls us to Worship with a reading from Psalm 119 and Pastor David Saltzman directs our worship focus in the Opening Prayer. Heidi Sandoval, our Music Director, and the Praise Team lead us in praise and worship music. Andrew Mumm brings us together over the concerns of the congregation with the Pastoral Prayer for the People. Daniel Whipple from Rose City Church emphasizes the role of each of us toward others in the church with his sermon, “Where Two or Three are Gathered” using Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 18:15 – 20. Pastor David then leads us in Communion, which you are encouraged to participate in at home. We look forward to the time when we can again safely meet with you in person and worship together.
